Through Bazace.ro you are legally employed in Romania, but you work temporarily in Germany based on a posting that complies with European legislation.
This means social security — pension contributions, healthcare, and guaranteed rights — without the administrative complications of a direct contract abroad.

Since you are legally posted, the income tax is paid in Germany, which gives you access to local social rights, including the possibility to apply for child benefits (Kindergeld). This means additional support for your family, legally and fairly.

The employment contract has a gross salary of 5000 RON, which provides you with a solid base for social contributions (pension, healthcare) and offers long-term security, including if you want, in the future, a decent pension or to obtain a loan. The rest of the income (daily allowances, bonuses) is separate and added on top of this base salary. You are not employed at the minimum wage.

Monthly income calculated based on the route, type of transport, and work schedule — a motivating income, earned legally, in a safe and organized environment. We offer a weekly advance so you always have cash available. In addition, we cover the transport costs between Romania and Germany.
